Installations & Recommendations
Whilst installation is often a very important part of the service that can be given when purchasing a major appliance, it is not something that we carry out. We recommend requesting the supplier install the product when delivering the item to your home. Be sure to take photographs of the installation before, during and after so that if any damage is caused you have proof that the damage was not already present.
Always keep your proof of purchase with the user manual for your own purposes as well as to provide to any servicer, should the need arise in the future. Never wait to get service. If your appliance is not functioning to your complete satisfaction, especially during the first year warranty period and any subsequent extended warranty periods, call the company immediately and arrange an appointment. You may be lucky enough to get us.
