Bill's Appliance Service is locally owned and operated by Steve Peterson, a Utah native. The company was established in 1957 by Bill Peterson, Steve's father, who subsequently sold the company to his son in 1976. Steve has been running the company ever since. He has had various family members working with him over the years and is currently training his son Dakota to carry out this work on your behalf. We do not have a service facility and are not permitted to take walk-in work, as we have no work space in which to carry out any servicing. Please do not come to the office for service. 

 

The office manager, Ann-Marie Mair, works weekdays from 8am to 1pm and keeps the office running and appointments set up so that we can smoothly get through your issues with you and for you. Please feel free to call the office if you have any problems, questions or requests for recommendations. She loves to help and will be only too willing to do so. 

 

The additional scheduling staff are off-site and consist of Cristle Fossum, who regularly works weekdays from 1pm until 5pm, and occasionally Steve's daughter-in-law, Korrin Peterson.

 

Most work related issues, including payments, invoicing and receipts, you may have will be dealt with in the office by the office manager, so please direct all of these issues to her during her working hours.
